Hochtief Polska to be the main contractor of Krakowska 29
The Poznań branch of HOCHTIEF Polska has been chosen as the general contractor of the Krakowska 29 office building. Construction work will commence in December 2016, and its completion is planned for May 2018.
Since 1996, HOCHTIEF Polska has been constructing buildings which become a familiar part of many Polish cities. It specialises in the execution of large-volume and infrastructural investments. HOCHTIEF Polska is a division of the HOCHTIEF corporation, which has been conducting operations for over 140 years and is one of the leading construction firms in the world.
As a general contractor, HOCHTIEF Poland has completed, among others: Warsaw office projects – Rondo 1, Business Garden Warsaw, Adgar Plaza; apartment buildings – Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4, Platinum Towers in Warsaw; shopping and entertainment complexes – Galeria Malta and the Stary Browar Shopping, Arts and Business Centre in Poznań, and Galeria Bałtycka in Gdańsk.
In Wrocław the company has built, among others: the new passenger terminal of Wrocław airport, a didactic–workshop building for the E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts, the Globis office building, and Galeria Dominikańska.
